Sophie Howard Nuts - 22nd June 2005

Long time no update... Haven't been feeling well recently, partly due to the heat, and other things, which is why i have not updated for nearly 3 weeks. Thanks to everyone who has tried to email to ask where i am, i don't have much time at the moment to read many emails let alone reply to them, so sorry if you have not received a reply :)

Decided to do a small update today with some Sophie Howard scans from Nuts, oh and check out This Post on the forum ;) ciao!
